InPayoutsWeTrust is a public database and leaderboard that verifies and displays payouts from proprietary trading firms (specifically Topstep). We aggregate public certificate links provided by users and verify ownership via Discord authentication.
3. User Data and Public Display
By submitting your Topstep certificate URL and authenticating via Discord, you grant us the right to scrape the public data from that certificate and display it on our public leaderboards and your personal shareable card. You acknowledge that your trading handle, avatar, and payout amounts will be visible to the public.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we fetch data directly from the prop firm's public endpoints, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. We are not responsible for any discrepancies caused by the prop firm's platform updates or downtime.
5. Disclaimer
InPayoutsWeTrust is an independent verification layer and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Topstep or any other proprietary trading firm. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance verified on our site is not indicative of future results.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InPayoutsWeTrust be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service or the public display of your trading performance.
